Northwest Alpacas makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy of the tax planner or any of the assumptions Northwest Alpacas has made in formulating the software program which will produce the plan. The projected plan is necessarily speculative. Northwest Alpacas has made every effort to ensure that assumptions in the plan, not based on information provided by you, are realistic, but some of the assumptions may turn out to be inaccurate.

Northwest Alpacas is relying on the information provided by you and the projected results may not be achieved because the assumptions or information provided may be inaccurate. Remember the old adage; garbage in, garbage out.

Some of the factors which can cause the projected plan to be inaccurate are:

1. The tax laws may change to your detriment. You may operate your business in such a fashion that the IRS does not allow the deductions contained in the projection;
2. The program may contain mathematical errors;
3. Five years is a long period of time for a projection, and any small or large errors in your assumption will be greatly magnified by the compounding effect of time;
4. Your tax bracket may change.

Before you submit your information to us, you must acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer and understand the risks. You must also agree that you will not use the projected plan as your sole basis for buying alpacas. The plan is one tool among many. We encourage you to consult with other breeders, the Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association, and your accountant and attorney.
