You will receive a confirmation e-mail at least 2 days prior to the event. It will contain your login ID, password, the Webinar URL link, and link to a downloadable note-taking guide.

Your login ID is the email address you used to purchase this package and to access the alpacas.com website. Your passowrd will be emailed to you immediately after enrollment. If you enroll for the entire seminar series, your login and password will remain the same for the entire series.

The class times listed are PST. At least 10 minutes before the Webinar start time, the webinar room will be opened.  Login with the link and password provided.  Use this time to test your audio, video and keyboard.

You will be connected to the Webinar lobby until the webinar begins. Your registration allows you one computer connection.

There will be several interactive polls during the presentation. There will also be a "submit a question" box that allows participants to post questions for the presenter. Through the course of the seminar the presenter will either respond directly to your question or give the answer to the audience to hear.

A high-speed internet connection (cable, DSL, Satellite or Wireless) is required. A dial-up connection is not adequate.

Your browser must include support of Adobe Flash Player version 6.0.79 or later. To check the version number of Flash Player installed on your computer, click here. Recent versions of Netscape and Microsoft IE include this by default.

At the conclusion of the Webinar, the participants can submit questions. The presenter will read these questions so that all the participants can hear the question then respond.

Your login ID is required at registration along with your password. You can download your note-taking guide as soon as you receive the link.

An order acknowledgement will be sent within 24 hours of registration.

A pdf file will be available for download at the end of the webinar. You can download this at the conclusion of the webinar by clicking on the download link. If you have problems with downloading this pdf prior to the closing of the webinar classroom, you can email us and we will send you a link.

NOTE: In order to receive your registration confirmation, you must make full payment in advance of the Webinar.
