Is there a dress code for the seminars?

top	Q. Is there a dress code for the seminars?
	A. We recommend that you dress casually and comfortably. Rain gear is advised. We also recommend sturdy shoes or boots, as we will walk in the pastures during our hands on session.
top	Q. Is transportation provided to and from your facility?
	A. No, each seminar attendee is responsible for their own transportation. We recommend a rental car. Some hotels do offer shuttle services. Please check with your hotel in advance.
top	Q. What is the weather like in Hillsboro?
	A. January thru March- lows in the 30's, highs in the upper 50's. April thru June- lows in the 40's, highs in the low 70's. July thru Sept- lows in the 50's, highs in the upper 70's to low 80's. Oct thru Dec- lows in the upper 30's to low 40's, highs in the upper 40's to low 60's
top	Q. Is there a refund if I cancel?
	A. Because we cater the Buy, Breed and Succeed Seminar, we ask that cancellations be made no later than 72 hours prior to the seminar to give us time to notify the caterer. If we receive this in time, we will issuea refund. It is is less than 72 hours, we will not issue a refund but we will be happy to reschedule you for another seminar date at no additional charge. For cancellation request, please email either fred@alpacas.com or david@alpacas.com.

A Day at the Ranch

Northwest Alpacas is excited to announce this new program, which is held on most Mondays of each month. The day is organized to give prospective alpaca breeders a snapshot of what it takes to operate a successful ranch operation. This seminar is free and includes lunch with the Northwest Alpacas staff.

1 Day Seminars

Price of $75 to $125.00 per person includes lunch and course materials. The one day seminars are free to clients that have purchased alpacas from Northwest Alpacas. Attendees may purchases a copy of either Ideal Alpacas: From Myth to Reality or The Alpaca Chronicles at the seminar rate of $75.00.

3 Day Seminars

Price of $250.00 per couple or $150.00 per individual, includes lunch, dinner and course materials for three days. For attendees who purchase alpacas or breedings from Northwest Alpacas, the seminar price will be credited toward their purchase.
